To Boil the Best Types of Potatoes
Yukon gold or red bliss is good for boiling. In water, these potatoes hold their shape better. To make potato salad, it is essential.
For mashed potatoes, Russet potatoes are also good. But Russet potatoes absorb a lot of water. So, while boiling, keep them whole to prevent as much water.
If you boil potatoes aggressively, they will break down and will be mealy. So, cook the potatoes at a low media heat.

1. At first, take some potatoes and wash them with cold water. If you want to mash the potatoes or make a salad, then cut potatoes into large chunk sizes.
